Stock tracking not working for products with options

Description

-Stock level does not reduce after purchase of items with options.
-Stock tracking works correctly for items with no options.
Manually setting stock to 0 works correctly customers unable to view/purchase.

Settings as follows:

STOCK SETTINGS:

Check stock level true
Subtract stock true
Allow Checkout false
Mark product out of stock ***
Stock Re-order level 5
Display stock information false
Switch Add to Cart Image? true
